Frequently Asked Questions

Rise & Lead runs for 12 weeks with one 2-hour session per week. We recommend participants budget an additional 30–60 minutes per week for reflection, workbook exercises, and preparation. The program is designed to fit a busy ministry schedule without feeling overwhelming.

Rise & Lead can be delivered in-person, virtually via Zoom, or in a hybrid format — whichever works best for your team. We've run successful cohorts both locally and across multiple cities and states.

All cohorts are facilitated by Victor Areghan, PhD — founder of Soteria Leadership Consults, leadership scholar, and faith-based coach with years of experience equipping ministry leaders and faith-driven teams.

We offer 3-installment payment plans and single-seat enrollment for smaller congregations. We also encourage churches to explore ministry development grants and denominational funding. Reach out — we'll work with you to find a path forward.

Every participant receives a faith-centered workbook for all 12 weeks. Facilitators receive a full slide deck and facilitator guide. Pre- and post-program leadership assessments are included in all tiers.

PINNACLE is built exclusively for faith-based leaders — senior pastors, ministry directors, church elders, deacons, nonprofit executives, and denominational leaders. If you carry significant spiritual responsibility and want to lead with greater depth and conviction, PINNACLE is for you.

PINNACLE consists of 8 scripture-anchored sessions, each 90 minutes long. Each session covers a specific leadership theme, includes teaching from Victor, group discussion, personal reflection, and a closing prayer commitment. Sessions can be weekly or bi-weekly depending on your cohort's schedule.

PINNACLE Foundation accommodates up to 8 participants; PINNACLE Covenant up to 12. We intentionally keep cohorts small to protect the depth of conversation, peer accountability, and personal attention each leader receives.

Yes — both PINNACLE tiers are available in 3 installments. Foundation: 3 × $6,167. Covenant: 3 × $9,500. We can also discuss custom arrangements for denominations or multi-church partnerships.

The Covenant tier includes 90-day monthly follow-up check-ins after the program concludes. All graduates join our PINNACLE alumni network for ongoing community, resources, and future reunion events. The relationships built in PINNACLE are designed to last beyond the program.
